Snapshot capture is not working

I am using the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus(v3) with an active Ring subscription. In the app, Camera Settings > Device Settings > Snapshot Capture, I have turned it on and selected to capture every 1min. However, nothing is showing up in the Event History. I tried to turn the feature off and

Hi, I have a battery powered Ring outdoor Camera. Power is on and the wifi is connected and strong - but their is no functionality from the device (motion, spotlight, live view, alarm etc etc) have rebooted and done all recommendations . Any idea?

When is 24/7 recording coming for the Spotlight Cam Pro? I'm paying my advanced subscription fees now for the feature on the Floodlight Cam Pro, but surely there are plans to add the Spotlight Cam Pro?
