Spotlight Camera Pro - No Functionality

Hi, I have an hardwired Ring Spotlight Camera pro. Power is on and the wifi is connected and strong - but their is no functionality from the device (motion, spotlight, live view, alarm etc etc) Any recommendations (tried rebooting etc to no avail).
