Video Doorbell 3 showing 0% battery but fully charged
A few days ago I had an alert that the battery was running low and needed replacing. I have a solar panel charging it and this is the first time it has happened since fitting it. I changed the battery for a fully charged one and now it shows 0% battery. The doorbell continues to work fine and shows

I recently paid full year of basic, I now want to upgrade to plus. It's going to charge me £8 month or £80 annual, but says nothing about getting a refund from my basic which I've only used for 2 months ? Will I get a automatic refund ?

Night time offline
Every night my all my ring devices say they are offline with no WiFi connection but they are all fine in the day. Anyone got a clue as to why??
