I believe my device is covered by extended warranty. Hardwired floodlight camera has developed a fault in one of the LED bulbs, device has been reset etc. fault persists. Do I need to send off the damaged unit for repair or replacement? Do Ring just take your word that the device is faulty and send

Auto arm Ring cameras using geo-fencing

I've recently moved from Arlo camera's to Ring camera's and have discovered the geo-fencing only suggests you to arm the camera's rather than just changing the mode so they're armed.Is there a way of achieving this? We have cameras around the house and ideally I'd only like to receive motion alerts
