I cannot remove a deactivated device
Hi, I have removed 2 devices and they are showing as a blank screen on the ring app and deactivated. There is no option (or circle logo) to remove the deactvated devices from my dashboard. How do I do this?

Missing Motion Schedule
I'm not the primary account holder for our system, which is *I guess* why I can't see "Motion Settings" for any devices in the app (iOS), but I can't find any reference to this anywhere, or really understand the reason that would be the case, if indeed it is. Does anyone know? There is a motion sch

My cam has detected what appears to be a drone. It shows two lights, a fixed distance apart on a horizontal plane. They move up and down but limited horizontal movement. Solar Panel not recognized
Setup a new Ring Pro SPotlight cam with a solar panel. Solar panel has never shown as being connected to the camera. I added a second fully charged battery to see if this would help, and while it still did not show that its being connected to solar, the batteries seemed to be charged by it. Now ab
