Shared user no longer able to activate motion alerts for their app with a motion schedule
I've set a motion schedule for our Ring camera so that I'm only notified between 11pm and 8am. I've given access to this camera to a shared user who would like to activate motion alerts all the time and disregard the schedule. This used to be something they could do but it's no longer possible. Wh

I want to modify my order and buy 2 cameras in a promo pack instead of the one I just bought
The problem is : to cancel or to modify an order it has to be done within 45 min and over the phone’s customer service. But it is 4:40 AM and the phone lines open at 8am so I won’t be able to change my order :( is there any solution for me to change my order by any chance ? Can I speak to someone 2

Ring Indoor Cam Setup Fails – Blue Light Followed by Blinking Red

How do I get a 2nd device to record?
I have a 2nd gen doorbell that was et up a 2 years ago, works fine, records etc etc, Im on a standard plan, I have a spotllight camera that I have been struggling to set up, it wouldnt set up correctly on my phone.
