Hi. I have noticed over the last 2 weeks that condensation is getting into my camera. I have also noticed the battery is losing power quicker than previously. I’m wondering as to whether this is due to the condensation?? I’m concerned now that the camera won’t be effective as previously it has been

Solar charger
I bought a solar charger 2 years ago for my Ring Doorbell 2, it's the flat solar charger you screw to the wall then mount the doorbell to it. It was showing a charging status after I installed it, but noticed lately it's saying solar status not connected. Does this mean my solar charger isn't workin

View filter per detection zone.
I created 2 detection zones. 1 for the public street view. 1 for my property view. I would like to get a notification for the property zone. But movement in the street zone should be recorded but without notification. Only when something happened I should be able to review the street zone. Therefore

Help with Urmet 1130/16 - 1 door
I am trying to connect my Ring Intercom to my Urmet 1130/16. I’ve had a look at other posts but I’m unsure what I’m doing wrong - I’ve connected Cable A to the parts as indicated by the Ring app. However, the buzzer is no longer working. Can you help me?
