Subscription taken without notice
I haven’t used my ring doorbell in over 6 months and I’m moving home. Today I had £49.99 taken out of my bank account. I was given no notice of this therefore wasn’t aware and unable to cancel the subscription. I would like a refund as this is unfair

After using Ring for several years, I would like to suggest the following for consideration to the programmers:Make Smart responses adjustable for a time element, ie 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The response is helpful to ward off animals at night.Second, include verbiage for Floodlight cams to say Motion at
