Ring plan
I'm paying monthly subscription last payment to date was 29th Dec 2024 and next payment 29th January 2025. My ring doorbell and account is saying I have no active plan. The payment has come out of my bank account with confirmation on my Ring account but not receiving the service I'm paying for.

Solar charger
I recently brought a solar charger for my 2nd generation doorbell buts it's doesn't seem to keep the battery topped up even st night the charging indicator says its charging does anyone have any help to fix it ( my doorbell is 12 months old )

Doorbell 4home and away settings
How do I have different greetings for when in home mode and away mode? It seems that if I set it in home mode to greet people it sets the same in away mode which is not ideal if you’re not in and it tells someone you’ll be right there.

We've changed our broadband provider, and i've reconfigured all other devices, except the doorbell. It keeps asking for a 5 digit code, which i can't find anywhere on the device.Any ideas?

Ring Elite (PoE): minimum download&upload speed? Max cable length?
Hi,Does anyone know what the minimum down-and upload speed is for a Ring Elite doorbell? The reason I'm asking is that someone is interested in this system, however his Internet signal is not coming from a cable but from a roof parabola. And the speed 'is what it is'. I'm not sure it'll be enough to
