Ring doorbell keeps falling offline
I have to unplug and plug in then reset the WiFi for my ring doorbell continuously. It works for a couple of minutes then goes straight back offline again

Ring door bell paint has peeled off. Still under warranty
I am very disappointed, my ring doorbell which has been up for less than 12 months has peeled and it looks appalling. For an expensive, luxury item I expected so much better. Hello, Is there anywhere I can buy an indoor monitor screen (preferably portable) for the ring doorbell please? Every one I've found also comes with a doorbell but I already have a Ring doorbell and just need a monitor. Am I restricted to a tablet or phone, or can I just buy a monitor that's specif

WiFi not connecting and when it does stuck on ipdating
I have finally got my brand new ring pro 2 connected to my Sky Fibre router. I had to split the 2.4ghz and the 5 ghz however now I am facing the issue that the device is updating and has been doing this for at least two hours now. I don’t want to factory reset cos it’s took me about 25 times sitting

Replacement charging cable???
Hi everyone! My doorbell is completely dead and I cannnot find the charging lead, other leads that fit are not charging it so wondered if I needed the proper charging lead? Any idea where I can get a replacement charging lead from!? UK

Ring Doorbell in Outdoor Socket
My problem simply The plug in adapter gen 2 is 7cm long and it bulges out of my outdoor double socket. I have tried to find a cable extension solution to no previle. I have tried to find other doorbell ac converters which will fit but they are all bigger than 5cm. Ideally I need a ring uk plug
