Ring app - adding family

troubleshooting

I have sent request to wife to join account. She has setup her account but cannot view the cameras. She is shown as the owner, which I presume is incorrect as I am. How can I get my wife added so she can view camera's? Thanks

Why do I have to click 3-4 times from a notification just to see the Live View in app? Surely one click would open up the Live View to my Ring doorbell? Who thought this was a good design choice? I don't have any sort of Ring subscription plan, which shouldn't really matter as this problem shouldn

Ring app issue

I have been added to shared plan on a ring doorbell. I recieve notifications and can view the camera when activity is detected. However I have no devices on my app and cannot view or interact with the device until activity is detected.

Ring App not updating after Alexa Command

When I use Alexa to change the mode status of my Ring system, it does not update the status on the Ring app. It changes the camera view in the app but not the mode status. Is there a solution to this.
