Hello i have a ring doorbell which has gotten smashed by someone and now it doesnt work so i bought a new ringdoorbell but its telling me i need to pay for a new subscription even though the subscription to the old doorbell which is smashed hasnt ended yet, so i cant even use that subscription which i payed for, for the new Ring doorbell which i bought. I was wondering if i can either make the plan which hasnt ran out which runs out till september 2025 would connect onto my new doorbell instead of paying for a new plan or if i am able to cancel my old plan and get a refund for it please.

Hi @user_8c430a. You will need to cancel your previous subscription. https://ring.com/support/articles/0p7eu/Cancel-Ring-Subscription-Plan. Then subscribe to a new plan for your new Doorbell. https://ring.com/support/articles/mo3gg/How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Home-Plan
