Snapshot capture is not working
I am using the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus(v3) with an active Ring subscription. In the app, Camera Settings > Device Settings > Snapshot Capture, I have turned it on and selected to capture every 1min. However, nothing is showing up in the Event History. I tried to turn the feature off and on, selecting other snapshot frequency (30s / 3mins) or even tried to reboot the device. Unfortunately it is still the same, looks like it is not doing anything. May I know how to get it working please?

Hi @user_c94c25. Snapshot images are only viewable on the Event History Timeline in the Ring app. If you're selecting the History tab to see a list of recent events, the snapshot images will not be there. You can learn more about the Event History Timeline here https://ring.com/support/articles/16fks/Using-Event-History-Timeline.
