Snapshot capture is not working

I am using the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus(v3) with an active Ring subscription. In the app, Camera Settings > Device Settings > Snapshot Capture, I have turned it on and selected to capture every 1min. However, nothing is showing up in the Event History. I tried to turn the feature off and on, selecting other snapshot frequency (30s / 3mins) or even tried to reboot the device. Unfortunately it is still the same, looks like it is not doing anything. May I know how to get it working please?

Hi @user_c94c25. Snapshot images are only viewable on the Event History Timeline in the Ring app. If you're selecting the History tab to see a list of recent events, the snapshot images will not be there. You can learn more about the Event History Timeline here https://ring.com/support/articles/16fks/Using-Event-History-Timeline.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. But how to access the Timeline without Live view? For example, I would like to check snapshots between two captured motion events two weeks ago.

Hi @user_c94c25. You can toggle the Tap Camera Preview for Live View option off under Device Settings, Video Settings. With this setting turned off, tapping the Camera Preview on the Ring app dashboard will bring you to the Event History Timeline first, with the option to activate Live View.
