Since yesterday the chime has suddenly stopped working. It keeps flashing blue light and the Ring app says the chime is not connected. I have tried following the instructions on the app to reconnect it by pressing the rest button -5/15/30 seconds but it never enters the flashing Green state. It

Will Ring devices work on 2 GH router with a speed of 10 Mb down, .8 Mb up? 20 Mb down 1 Mb up? Have had 5 conversations with Ring help desk, they won’t answer the question. Cameras stop router connection at 95% then say “fail.” Been waiting weeks for answer to earlier post.
