chime has stopped working
troubleshooting
Since yesterday the chime has suddenly stopped working. It keeps flashing blue light and the Ring app says the chime is not connected. I have tried following the instructions on the app to reconnect it by pressing the rest button -5/15/30 seconds but it never enters the flashing Green state. It goes solid green to flashing blue always. Is there anything that can be done or is the device dead?
