Hi @user_c805cb. I recommend adjusting your Motion Settings like increasing your Motion Sensitivity, adjusting your Motion Zones, enabling Smart Alerts and changing your Motion Frequency to Frequently. This Help Center page will show you where to find these options.

It said it on the app and web site dashboard on the camera's tile on those respective screens. And no, I could not use the camera for anything except reviewing previously recorded snapshots and videos. I cannot send a screenshot as I've managed to delete the device. I am going to try to reinstall it

This is the worst security camera company out there, period. They sold customers cameras, lights, doorbells, and chimes and now have 'upgraded' the app so that these products are hard to use properly. You don't even have unseen event counters, its truly hard to understand how you could be this bad a

Its the dumbest most non sensical update in the history of smartphone apps and they don't care one bit that everyone is upset. Every single person I know with Ring is ready to switch, other than the half dozen or so who have already canceled. I canceled last week myself.

Over the past week my red bubble badges that are on each camera for missed motions are no longer there. Upon my chat with Ring I was told that they will no longer be there with the new update on the app. I have read many comments online that people are not happy with this. It forces everyone
