Chime pro light is solid green
Hi All, I changed my home network and, as a result, had to update my chime pro (2nd generation). The issue is that it shows s solid green light and doesn’t allow configuration even though following the App instructions. Any ideas on how to solve it?? Thanks!!

I suggest waiting 24 hours. I have the same situation. A pop-up in the mobile app says trial ending in 28 days 22 Jan 2025. On the website, plan shows trial ending in 204 days 17 Jul 2025.
