Having the exact same issue too. And stuck at 8% and will not charge.   Tried doing reset 5 or 6 times now.  It enters reset mode and white light spins and that's it.  It won't connect, nor will it charge.  I'm stuck in setup mode.  Cannot find anything within support

Feature request: device notification volume

Would be nice to have individual devices to have notifications, but to have the ability to adjust the volume per device notification is better. Don't want the motion detector to be as loud as someone opening the main and/or rear doors, etc... Thanks

Or at least let each user set it up. Default ON or Default OFF. I just ordered two Floodlight Cameras and will probably send them back if this is not addressed.

I'm having the same problem with a spotlight camera. It just started a few days ago. A reset did not correct the issue.

Ring is very limited. I would also like to monitor multiple locations ( home & business) . You would think in this day & time you would have this option. I would also like to know why you don't have the option of turning off the blue led light for motion on the doorbell. I know Blink does ha
