Hi @user_2b5561. You should be able to remove a location as long as there are no devices associated with it. Are you the owner for this location, or a Shared User? When you try to remove the location in the Ring app, are you receiving a specific error message?

If you haven't done so already, it might be a good idea to have a qualified electrician check the wiring. It's possible there's an issue along the circuit, or with how much power

Hi @user_547ec5. You can customize the alert tone for each device by navigating to Device Settings > Notification Settings > App Alert Tones. There should be a 'Silent' option that you can select. I hope this helps!

Because RING Is very poorly monitored. Their neighbor guidelines make no sense. I’ve tried posting content similar to what someone else posted and mine keeps getting denied for absolutely no reason. But yet they approve other posts that are total nonsense.
