I have just had this doorbell installed, I got twosecurity screws, it only requires one, so assumed one spare. Put the faceplate on, the security screw goes in the centre underneath, but would inly screw half way in. Ring say there shoukd be shorter screws after sending them puctures but I did not r

I have an Urmet 1750/5 2 wires intercom and I had installed a Ring Intercom and I can open only the external door. I have also a second door that I open with the same button, there is a way to open, also simultaneously, the 2 doors with the app and when someone ring to me from external panel? Thank
