Hi, is it possible by legal process to obtain footage which is no longer available to the user ie after the 180 days? I’m the victim of crime and need this old footage.

Is the battery security screw really necessary?
I’m just wondering because it makes battery removal and replacement a touch more involved and doesn’t seem to serve a true security purpose to my mind. No one is going to remove the battery to avoid being captured by the video since they would be videoed during the entire process. So what is the pur

What a scam
So I bought a ring camera and didn't realize that you have to purchase a plan and pay Amazon for that plan. If I knew that I wouldn't be able to use this ring camera without the plan I would have never bought it. Also the video quality is crap. Just another scam by Bezos/ SCAMAZON
