One of our Ring devices is a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 that is connected to a Nutone 5763 door chime inside the house. The Ring is mounted on our east facing front door, in full exposure to the morning sun. (That is probably not desirable but there isn’t any way to move the location of the door.).
