Security base station
Hello I am preparing to purchase a security system bundle for my new home. My question is the home is VERY big. If we have one base station downstairs can we have a second one upstairs? I am concerned if the downstairs alarm goes off what if we can’t hear it upstairs on the other side of the house ?

App Update Wrecked the App
Ever since the apps last update a week or two ago I can no longer see any devices other than my cameras/doorbells. I have sensors, lots of them and it’s all gone. What gives? And no I don’t have a second location I’m looking at.

Turn Off Motion Sensor Alerts When Alarm Is Disarmed
I am a new Ring Alarm user. I cannot find a way to turn off alerts from motion sensors when the system is Disarmed. As far as I can tell, there is no way to do this. Such alerts are highly annoying as one cannot move around the interior of one's own house without generating alerts.

External Battery Backup
Is there a way to add a battery backup external battery pack via the USB port to the Ring base station? I know there's a battery backup already, but I'd like to extend the capacity without buying a complete UPS and instead rely on the batteries I have.

Ring is sleeping
For the past week, our Ring device is not seeing any activity. It is connected through the old doorbell wiring and we can see live events but the camera is not aware of any activity as it happens.
