Oauth.ring.com

I have had a ring video doorbell pro for years..All of a sudden the app is not working on my iPhone. Whenever I try to log into the app I get an error that says “406 not acceptable”. When I look at the URL on top I see that it says “Oauth.ring.com”, and there is no way to change it to Ring.com. I don’t even have an Oauth ring..I have seen other posts talking about VPN, which I have, but it has never been an issue in the past.The app works on my iPad and the phone and IPad mirror one another in all respects. My software is up to date.I have deleted the app, added it again, numerous times and always get the same thing!Please help, thank you.
