Camera Motion Zones Setting

Solar charger mounting
I have a 2nd Gen Ring and I wanted to add the compatible solar charger but currently I use the non drill mount for for Ring Doorbell, and wanted to know if there is also a non drill mount option for the solar charger?

Why does Ring take orders on items that are not in stock?
Ordered an item that Ring said was in stock, but the reality was that it was not in stock and Ring customer service kept promising shipping every two days. I finally had to spend a half-hour getting the order refunded. Why does Ring take orders on items that are clearly not in stock?

Floodlight Camera stops taking Snapshots after a day
One of my wired Floodlight Cameras stops taking snapshots after a day or so. I have tried different interval timings and I've cycled power off/on several times, but it only takes snapshots for about a day and then the Ring app says footage unavailable.
