Transfer subscription to new device
On 17th April 2025 I purchased a new Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus (Newest gen) to replace a faulty 4th gen doorbell. I received this and have it set up. I'm still paying a subscription for my 4th gen doorbell, the last payment was made on 6th May. Will this subscription transfer automatically

Really disgusted
My Ring doorbell had issues staying connected to wifi after just a few months. When I contacted Ring I was told I needed stronger WiFi. Then it wouldn’t reconnect at all…this happened in the fall…before Thanksgiving…while still in warranty. I called about that and was told that the battery was likel

Ring Solar Panel for Ring Doorbell Pro discontinued?
Was wondering if the solar panel for Ring Video Doorbell 3, Ring Video Doorbell 3+, Ring Video Doorbell 4, and Battery Video Doorbell Pro was discontinued. Can’t locate it on the website but I see it on the Amazon store page however it says the product is temporarily out of stock and a solar charger

Existing wired Ring doorbell without a QR code or 5 digit PIN code
I moved into a new home and it had an existing Ring doorbell. I went thru the Ring process to get the prior owner to release the doorbell to me. The QR code does not work and there is no PIN code on the battery or inside the battery cover. So far I have not been able to set up the doorbell. I tried

Motion detection delayed a few seconds
I have a Ring Video Doorbell 2 hardwired. My RSSI is -57. It seems like my notifications are far too delayed... it will catch a truck on the outer periphery no problem (which it shouldnt because i have zones set up to supposedly NOT catch those things), but i get a 3 or 4 second delay with a person

Neighbors feature
I really dislike this feature. Users have to select at least 1? Why? I don't care about any of these issues... only my home's personal security. Why would you force users to select something they may not want any notifications about? I've reduced the options as far as possible but again why should I
