Getting a replacement with warranty
My ring stick up camera stopped working. I thought it was the battery and got another battery for it but it turns out it’s the camera. How do I get a replacement since it’s still under the one year warranty?

Stick up cam battery gen 3 only displaying half the screen
Just received an Amazon refurbished stick up cam battery 3rd gen but it only displays half a screen. The other half of the screen is black. Any ideas...? Doug

2 exterior, battery powered Ring camera - bottom light filling with water.
In the last week, 2 of my Ring exterior flood light cameras have filled with water and both have stopped working. Following basic directions, I have disconnected both and have them in dry area to see if the water will "leak" or dry out. So far no noticeable change at all - same amount of water. I tr

Newly installed floodlight cam wired plus does not send motion alerts
The Floodlight Cam Wired Plus device was purchased 22 months ago. Installed a couple days ago (13SEP2024) and it does not send motion alerts or recorded video. Is anyone else having trouble batch downloading from ring?
