Hi I noticed today that the Ring Foodlight Camera Lens Glass Cover Falls Off. I tried to stick it back but it won’t stay in place it keeps falling off. How can I fix it? Thanks

Question about the pan tilt camera

I have a pan tilt camera in my back yard. I will go into live view and move the camera angle where I want it and for whatever reason any time I am in ANY of my ring cams on live view it disconnects after about a minute, but then after each disconnect the camera view has reset back to where it was be

Live view can't connect Stick Up Gen 3

troubleshooting

I setup my Gen 3 stick up cam this morning and it was working fine. Now I can't get it to connect to for Live View on the app or browser. I have deleted the app, removed and re-installed the camera, re-set my router - added an extender for outdoor use - but same issue happens without the extender
