Can't snooze a chime without having Ring notifications enabled on Android???

Up until recently, I was able to snooze my chime pro connected to my floodlight cam without having Ring notifications enabled on my Android Galaxy S23+ phone. Now when I try to snooze my chime, the app tells me I need to turn on notifications first. My wife's iPhone doesn't have the same restriction
