I was able to view videos a couple of days ago of the last time my son visited my home before his passing. I stared the videos as I was viewing them. Now they are all gone. Ring customer service is terrible. Broken English and no condolences by the representative. This is the last footage I have of

Pan & Tilt camera - Home Position does not save
Seems to be an issue for lots of other people but no solution or comment from RING? VERY POOR. Purchased 2 new cameras. Set up and neither of them save the new HOME location when setting up. You save the settingss and they both default back to the factoryy settings of pointing to the ceiling! I

Blinking blue light on my food lights
Hello, I moved into my sister‘s home and she is deceased. She has multiple ring equipment. She has two hardwired floodlight security cameras outside that keep blinking blue. It’s not my account so I have no idea how to turn them off. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

Would like to be able to view the camera without recording
Has anyone figured out how to view the camera without recording. There are times I want to view my camera for a long period of time. I don’t need to record while I’m watching. I haven’t figured out how to do this and there is a limit to how long the camera video will record. Thanks Cheryl

Ring Cameras Keep Going offline.
My two indoor ring cameras kept going offline, usually both at the same time. Rebooting them and/or the Cox provided router is not a practical solution and only sometimes brought the cameras online. Floodlight Cam Pro - Motion Detection in Disarmed Mode
I've spent far too long trying to figure this out - but am I correct in saying that if motion detection is on, even in disarmed mode, I'll get notifications if a person is detected? The issue with having motion detection off means that if motion is detected I can't go into the app at a later time a
