MyQ Garage Doors won’t show on Ring App

My MyQ garage door openers both show on the Ring app for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but they won’t show on my wife’s iPhone 15 Pro. When I add them it states that her Amazon account is already linked and it does open the MyQ app to control them, but they won’t show in the Ring app like they do on my phon

Has anyone else experienced the battery on a Ring Doorbell 2024 ver explode on them? We had ours on charge over the weekend, and it started to smoke to the point where the plastic melted and showed the missus with Lithium sparks. Its burnt the carpet, blind and clothing she had on, I have noticed

When Motion detection is toggled off on one users app in a multi user situation, is it possible to set up a notification to be sent to other users that it has been disabled rather than them having to find out by looking at the app only to find out it’s no longer active?
