Hi, how can I set my Ring Alarm system to send notifications only when an alarm occurs and not for all arming and disarming events? I tried the alert setting page in ring alarm app but failed to see any options to uncheck or disable the notifications for arming and disarming events under push notifi

Ring bell

My free 30 days has finished, I have paid for the basic plan for 12 months, I’m assuming it’s kicked in. I have never used the 2 way speaker until today, I can’t seem to get it to work, I can hear the person who rings the bell, they can’t hear me🤷‍♀️ what am I doing wrong Appreciate some feedback
