Someone is at your front door notifications

troubleshooting

Hi All of a sudden I’m getting notifications on all my Alexa devices that someone is at my front door. I’ve had my ring for over a year and it hasn’t done this before. How can I turn this off? Thanks.

Front and back door video bells no longer activate Alexa.

troubleshooting

Both door bells gave verbal and video warnings on my Alexa’s but both have stopped. They both activate the ringer in the hall. They both work on my ipad giving both sound and video, any thoughts would be appreciated.
