I need to change my payment method will I have to cancel my subscription and renew it to do so has it won’t let me go from yearly to monthly

Hi, I already have a ring door bell plan but have brought a ring stick up camera, is there a plan that covers all devices ? If there is will I just cancel the original subscription ? Thanks in advance

Upgrade from the Basic plan to the Standard plan? Do I lose all the months I have already paid 1 year for the Basic plan?
What happens if I upgrade from the basic plan to the standard plan? I have already paid for 1 year for the Basic plans for 2 devices. Do I lose all the months (1 year) I have already paid for the Basic plans?

I choose to pay monthly when setting up my subscription at the end of the free trial. It now says my next payment will be yearly amount. How is this if I specifically picked may monthly

Subscription to cover second location
Hi. I want to add a second doorbell to another location. Different WiFi. Is there any subscriptions that will cover more than one location? Surely I don’t need to take a second subscription on the same account?! Thanks for your help.

Why did I get this rather threatening email with the above subject title about 12 hours after paying for an annual subscription ? Then it says I will lose the service if I don’t do something (whatever that is) within 14 days. The only options, if I follow the “Visit” link in the email, are to downl
