Hi I’ve tried the online chat to ask this question but had no luck. Does anyone know how many devices are covered in a basic plan? How many are covered on a standard plan?

Retrieve motion video without plan
There was incident happened in my front door yesterday . However, I did not subscribe the plan at that time. Can I still get the video of motion event? Thanks !

Upgrading plan half way through current plan
I currrently have a basic plan which I paid for in Aoril 2024 and is therefore paid up until April 2025. I have bought an additional camera and therefore want to upgrade my plan to cover both cameras. If I use the upgrade option online I will be charged for the new plan whilst still having 6 months

I'm being billed twice ?
Hello there all, Just wondering if anyone can explain why I'm being billed twice by ring? I'm paying £79.99 for the standard which is fine. But we've noticed a separate payment of £49.99 going out on our credit card- this for an annual plan. Are we being scammed? Why two payments? As f
