I no longer needed my ring subscription (£7.99 pcm) as I changed my camera setup.I have followd the cancellation steps on the website porthole and instructed than I do not require any subscription from now on.I have just seen on my banking that ring have taken £49.99 out of my account with no authorisation.This was a full cancellation, NOT a subscription downgrade.What thenhell ring?I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank, but now I'm unable to get hold of anyone at ring to sort this out and get my money back.
