Hi. I had my device replaced due to a faulty battery. I have a home basic subscription and have found out that I’m not allowed to trasfer this subscription to my new device. Why does nowhere say you have to change settings for 180 day record? It has no * next too up to 180 days so you expect that's what it's set to no where does it say you have to chose how many days
