Lights shortcut disappeared

With new ring app update, the lights shortcut tile no longer appears. I used to use this to turn on all my floodlights at once. This feature needs to be added back to the shortcut menu

light on time inconsistent

troubleshooting

We have two solar powered cameras with lights. The one on the garage turns off after about 10 - 15 seconds after exiting the zone. The one by the gate stays on for about 70 seconds. How do I change the latter to turn off about 15 seconds after the person exits the zone.
