Battery Won't Charge

My ring doorbell won't charge. I just took it off the charger. It was charging all night and the blue ring showed it was fully charged. I just put it back outside and it says it's at 8%. This happened yesterday's as well, and the battery was completely dead in a couple hours.

Live view and câmera not working

I did the troubleshooting of the device, uninstalled the app, disconnected the WiFi, but live view and camera are still not working. The status is online. Hope something can help. My device is Ring Gen 2
