troubleshooting

I've added ring doorbell to my account but everytime I try to add a plan I keep getting redirected to set up a device. I'm getting notifications on my phone but I can't look in history without a plan.

Alarm entry and exit delay not working

troubleshooting

Alarm delay not working I checked and the settings are 60 seconds each, I am the only user, the alarm went off immediately when I opened a door. Something is not working properly. How do I fix this problem? The entry delay setting is not functioning as expected.
