I have the option to pay £79.99 but no where does it say about refunding the difference for the rest of the 49.99. If I cancel it will I get my money back for the unused part of the y

Good morning My free trial has ended and I'm wanting to purchase basic package. My daughter registered and added me as sharer . I gave looked and it says I'm account holder but everything I go into plans it takes me to my camera and won't let me purchase

I bought and paid for a annual ring plan, my bank account is showing I've paid, but I have a email asking me to authenticate my bank account within 14 days or I will loose my ability to record, I chated with ring who confirmed I have paid, why am I getting this what will happen in 14 days

Hi - I’m paying for 3 locations in the UK: mine, my wife’s elderly mum as she has problem neighbours, and my wife’s elderly step mum with major health issues.
