Moved House - How to take over device
Hi all, I have just moved house and the previous owners have left their ring spotlight. Has anyone got any tips or tricks on being able to take over the light? Thanks in advance

The new video preview alerts
Anyone had any luck with finding how to get the new video preview alerts working? Still just receiving the normal thumbnail image rich alert

Order delivered 11 months after ordering!
I have just received a Doorbell Wedge Kit via parcel this morning. I was puzzled as I haven’t ordered one. Checked my account with Ring, and the dates on the Parcel package, and I ordered this on 19th January 2024. Today is 23rd November 2024. That’s shocking, and needless to say it’s useless to me

Can't get thro to Ring by telephone
The Ring telephone system doesn't seem to be working (in UK). It takes you through the first options but then won't accept any more. All you get is "I'm sorry. We didn't get that". Most frustrating!

Device has noise
Hi, I have this brand new ring bell, the moment we started to use it, it sounds noise. For example: if anyone is standing infront of the device and we want to talk to them through the device, it starts making noise and they don’t understand a word, is there any suggestion to fix this ? Thank you&nb
