I have recently had to purchase a new ring doorbell to replace my new doorbell and need the subscription to be carried to the new one or cancel the old one

HI @user_1102e5. If this is the Ring Home Basic plan, it can't be transferred from one device to another. You can cancel your current Basic plan, then subscribe to a new plan for your new Doorbell. If you have the Ring Home Standard or Premium plan, these apply to all devices at one location.
