Charged £79.99 for a monthly subscription
I subscribed to a monthly subscription but it charged me £79.99. No refund is showing. Cannot access customer service because I'm in the UK. Chat bot doesn't understand what I am asking. How do I get my money back?

Almost 1 month and still didn't get my order and rude customer service from Taha
I placed the order for indoor camera in dec start when I ordered it, it said i will get it delivered by dec 8 and today is dec 18 I'm leaving for vacation on dec 25, talk to customer service chat named taha who was absolutely rude to me I took ss of all the chat.
