Unable to join network

I get my ring doorbell all the way up to accepting the network and it says it's unable to join? What am I doing wrong?

We are new toi ring. One of the reasons we got a ring is to protect our property . I recntly posted hat 2 men came to our door late a night asking to check the outside of our home fr insects.
