Bottom of Camera
Why does Ring cut off the bottom of the camera? That's the most important part because we all check for packages left on our doorstep. Instead the top of the image shows my ceiling which I don't need to see. Please, don't tell me to get those wedges either. FIX THIS PROBLEM

device not working
My garage camera was not working so when I took it down I discovered water must have gotten in and ice was frozen around the battery!
