Help needed can I replace the case where the battery goes? so I can use a spare battery while the others charging

Transfer subscription to new device
On 17th April 2025 I purchased a new Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus (Newest gen) to replace a faulty 4th gen doorbell. I received this and have it set up. I'm still paying a subscription for my 4th gen doorbell, the last payment was made on 6th May. Will this subscription transfer automatically

Can water damage a ring bell
Can watering a hanging basket nearby slitly below it is my ring. Bell would this damage my ring bell when watering it ? X

Camera glitching
My battery ring door bell has been glitching on the recordings to the point where I can only see pixels and I can not hear anything. I've rebooted it and factory reset it but nothing has worked.

Nothing will load away from home.
I have 3 cameras, ones a doorbell. They all are connected to the same wifi and it’s currently on with no outage. But when I leave my house the doorbell lasts 20 ish minutes then goes offline. It’s completely useless. The two wired cameras snapshot and live video stop working too. The last time stamp
