I have had Ring cameras since 2023. I recently purchased another camera. Since that purchase, I have been receiving notifications that my 'trial' is about to end. When I log into my account it says that I have four cameras, but with the recent purchase, which shows up in my account, I have five.&nb

Subscriptions at two addresses
I have a doorbell installed for my elderly mother as well as one at my home adress all on my account do I have to pay for two subscription fees or is there a cheaper way we are both on basic plan

New doorbell
Hi , I have just recently purchased a second doorbell cam and the trial is almost up , do I need to purchase a second subscription for this or can I add it to my existing subscription ? I pay yearly for my existing doorbell at £79 a year and don’t fancy paying another £79 a year for the backdoor cam

Did I mess up with plan when I upgraded to Alarm Pro base unit?
I was (as of yesterday) on the Ring Protect Plus yearly plan for $100. I swapped out my original base unit with a new Ring Pro base and that came with being presented with questions about deregistering and billing. I signed up for the Ring Premium plan and I was ok with my yearly cost doubling but

Charged even though I cancelled and no refund processed
Was charged for annual plan even though I cancelled on website, was told I would get refund and it’s never come through
