Smart lighting transformer humming
I have just added a third smart lighting transformer - it is functioning normally except that it has an audible hum and if you touch it you can feel the vibration. The other two do not do this. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with my transformer, and whether I should be concern

Unable to complete update. Camera remains offline
I am unable to connect my camera back to my Internet. It keeps wanting to update the camera. Then it says to wait for 15 minutes. After that the camera is still off-line. I read someone else’s post and they said that they had to get new cameras. This camera isn’t even a year old. I hope I don’t have
