We have just upgraded our plan in order to have 24/7 Recording however the app will not allow 24/7 Recording on battery cameras (even though they are connected to solar power). Is there a way we can override this? If not we have no use for the premium plan as the only difference was 24/7 Recording.

I have just switched to the new premium plan for the 24/7 recording facility but it looks like it won’t work if you have outdoor solar with battery cameras is this correct ?? If so I will have to download grade to standard again.

Ring Floodlight Camera

Just had light installed and cannot get the lights to work on motion sensor. I can turn lights on and off with light toggle but the light will not activate with motion Sensitivity is max and it detects motion but lights don’t come on. So frustrating. Any ideas.

Hard wired security camera, one LED lamp not turning off.

troubleshooting

This morning I noticed one of the led lamps on my camera was still on. I turned off the power for about twenty minutes but it still came on albeit dimly. The temperature was 0 deg so pretty cold. I have had the camera for about three years with no problem during that time. When I turn both lights on
