Package Zones - only for doorbells?

Are Package Zones only available on Ring doorbells? I have a Stick-Up Cam Pro on my porch which can see the front door. I was hoping to be able to use package Smart Alerts but there's no option for packages, just "Person" and "Other Motion".

My ring cameras will not record any movement unless I am in live mode. I even walked in front of the camera I had in front of the door and it never registered any movement. account.ring.com website stopped showing battery levels on camera "gear" icon

For the last several years I could use the website while I work to check battery levels without having to use the app on my phone. This recently stopped showing battery levels. Anyone know if this is permanent feature change?Also, when 2 batteries are in the camera it will show low battery on

Floodlights randomly turn on

I have 4 floodlight cams, the lights will randomly turn on and stay on with no motion (day or night). Dashboard will indicate the lights are off, I have to turn on and then off in dashboard. Sometimes it is all of them or only one or two.

Audio on gen 2 indoor cameras

troubleshooting

Hello, I know that when you turn swivel the cover it turns off video and audio. But is there a way to have the cover closed and still hear audio? Thanks for any advice.
