I’m just wondering because it makes battery removal and replacement a touch more involved and doesn’t seem to serve a true security purpose to my mind. No one is going to remove the battery to avoid being captured by the video since they would be videoed during the entire process. So what is the pur

So to switch my existing floodlight cameras, already mounted to the sides of the house, to my new WiFi network I have to get out a 12 foot ladder, risking injury or death, to press a button on the actual camera?? Or pay someone to do this for me?Please tell me there is another option.
