Ring Video Doorbell
Live view problem with dual SIM iPhone
Hi.
Still got BIG latency problems with liveview session on cellular.
Liveview works fine on WIFI but when i am away with 4G connection livewiew is to slow.
This applies to both video doorbell and security cams.
The workorund described in post Dual sim live view problem does not work!
Ring please help me and my neighbors
The problem i detail:
*Live view opens slow. Approx after 20 sec. Visitors leave before connection is establish.
*Applies only with dual SIM configuration. On iPhone 14 with ios 17.2.1
*only when both mobile networks line (SIM cards) are activated
*Works fine with one line deactivated (regardelss who)
- The error only applies on cellular (4G/5G)
- WIFI works fine
Is there a NEW workorund?
(The workorund described in post Dual sim live view problem does not work!)
