Door contact sensor sound

Hello all, I am a new user of the ring system and there is one thing i can’t setup. When i am in deactivated mode, my contact sensor on each door trigger a sound on the base each Time I open one. Even though i have deactivated the sounds in the deactivated mode on my app. Do you have any idea? Thanks Matt

Hi @user41012. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? When you change this in the Settings menu for Modes, are you tapping the Save button? Does the image below match what you are seeing in your Ring app?
