Product does not work

I have the same issue as several posts indicated that the ring stick up camera does not work with the solar panel. Ring needs to correct this issue. Or tell folks that this combination dies not work. I need to know how can a refund.

troubleshooting

Had same issue solid blue flashing light on 2nd gen doorbell took front cover and back off the unit and plugged same charger in and it's charging no problem so maybe it's the back cover stopping the charging cable going all the way into charging port

Hello, could you make a software update to allow me to switch the led round the button on at night so people can’t see the door bell… how stupid as it sounds but people still knock. The feature can include to auto turn on when it gets dark. Thanks
