It isn't clear from the description if the Outdoor Plus Cam with 2k resolution can mount to a soffit. If so, does it come with an adapter in the box, do you have to buy it separate, or do you have to buy a third party adapter? Thanks

How on earth are you supposed to remove the battery pack from the outdoor stickup cam without pliers? I am squeezing the little silver plate against the battery, but the pack will not come out. After breaking my thumbnail, I got pliers, but this is ridiculous - you shouldn't need pliers to get the
