Hi I noticed today that the Ring Foodlight Camera Lens Glass Cover Falls Off. I tried to stick it back but it won’t stay in place it keeps falling off. How can I fix it? Thanks

Front cam just quit. Battery is fully charged, but when I replace the battery the blue light comes on for a second, then nothing. After proving to your Robot that I am not a Robot. There really is no help that I can find.

I need help on how to fix the issue on my Ring spotlight camera Pro solar. Just bought this recently. My ring camera sometimes didn't record the motion (event). There a was courier delivery arrived but it didn't captured. I don't know why. Is there anything I need to change on the settings? Thank y
