How is it that my Ring doorbell was working fine on 12/22 and didn’t record anything on 12/23 then worked fine on 12/24. The 23rd is when I was robbed???

To ultimately feel safe I would like to ask that if a video has been Deleted…… to simply show in that same spot in red ( video deleted on and the date) this would allow me to feel even more safe as a loyal customer.
