Under notification settings, when you have rich notifications turned on (to include snapshots in alerts so you can see what's happening without opening the app) - these notifications used to just be pure snapshot pictures, recently this has been upgraded to short video clips on the notification. Subscription renewed but now showing as unsubscribed

I have had a front doorbell for a couple of years and the subscription auto renewed on 12 August. All seemed fine initially but last week it stopped saving recordings and says I'm not subscribed.
