App Notification Alerts Unwanted Update
Under notification settings, when you have rich notifications turned on (to include snapshots in alerts so you can see what's happening without opening the app) - these notifications used to just be pure snapshot pictures, recently this has been upgraded to short video clips on the notification. Is

WARRANTY
I have an issue with my Ring Pro Camera, the floodlights are constantly on, I have tried resetting this but to no avail. The product is under warranty, how do I return or apply for a replacement? Please assist. Regards Ravi

Subscription problems
I am not new to Ring but have changed my email etc..Trying now to change my subscription but keep being taken back to the "looks like you're new" page. Cannot access plans at all, Click on 'subscribe' get taken back to 'looks like you're new' page. Signed in no problem. Help!!

Recover deleted footage
For some reason today there is deleted footage on the door bell app when neither myself or my partner has deleted anything, is there any way this can be recovered it’s kind of urgent. TIA
