Hi I'm looking to find an answer as I'm not having any luck I only have a visa debit card and this was no issue previously now I cant update my payment due to not having the now only accepted method of credit card

Spotlight Cam Notifications, or lack of
Has anybody else had their spotlight cam stop sending notifications? It still records motion but no alerts are sent. I've tried removing the device and reinstalling it. It's a battery connected to solar and both batteries are over 90%. I have several other cams and doorbells connected and they a

Hi can you advise whether I can view device history further back than 30 days .. my account shows only 30 days history but can I access video content older than 30 days if this is available ?
