Iv purchased a ring doorbell from someone today and can't setup as old owner still has ownership but I can't contact seller for them to delete account, what do I need to do now?

Renewed subscription cameras still offline
Hi, all our devices went off line yesterday because our subscription expired. Have now renewed the membership a couple of hours ago but the cameras have not come back on line. How do we get them back on line?

Payment failed
Can someone explain me why… for around half of year I can’t subscribe any plan .. it shows me payment failed !!! I called ring they said I have to call bank I called bank and they said I have to call ring 🤬 I’m so angry!
