Spotlight Cam Notifications, or lack of
Has anybody else had their spotlight cam stop sending notifications? It still records motion but no alerts are sent. I've tried removing the device and reinstalling it. It's a battery connected to solar and both batteries are over 90%. I have several other cams and doorbells connected and they a

Access Older Video After 30 Days
Hi can you advise whether I can view device history further back than 30 days .. my account shows only 30 days history but can I access video content older than 30 days if this is available ?

uk phone number not recognised
I have tried three times to contact Ring Technical support via their alleged phone number. It says it is not recognised. Went to chat but they couldn't help with my problems inset up. Suggested I call the US or international number and pay the toll costs. I don't think this is good enough. Told ther
