Is the battery security screw really necessary?
I’m just wondering because it makes battery removal and replacement a touch more involved and doesn’t seem to serve a true security purpose to my mind. No one is going to remove the battery to avoid being captured by the video since they would be videoed during the entire process. So what is the pur

Reduced motion detection
I too have today discovered the reduced motion detection area coverage on my stick-up Ring Cams, and note from this community that no explanation is forthcoming from the company. The whole situation is unacceptable, and forces me to look for a new and recommended provider's camera system.

Outdoor use for stick up Cam Plug In

Privacy mode
I don’t want to go to each camera and turn off motion and sound, I want privacy mode, and I want to be able to control it on a subset of cameras. For example, privacy mode for indoor cameras While outdoor ones are still recording Or I want privacy mode at the pool while the rest are still recording

Video recording length on auto for spotlight pro to be up to 120s
What is the point of auto on spotlight pro if it cuts off at 20 seconds? Why can’t you allow it to be 120 on auto too??? Cameras detect motion and as someone continues to walk closer, the recording stops and it doesn’t catch the details or their face. So you only get a video of them far away!

Floodlight Cam flashing on and off
My Floodlight Cam is acting strange. Previously, when it detected motion, the light would turn on and stay on for a few minutes and then turn off. Now, when it detects motion, it turns on and off at about 1 second intervals and continues to do that for the same amount of time it used to stay steady
